Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolves routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and/or services. We accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis. What You Will Do

  1. Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide.
  2. Close sales, prospect, negotiate, present, and utilize B2B and B2C skills.
  3. Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find ways to retain customers.
  4. Be detail-oriented in sales activities.
  5. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
  6. Offer additional products/services with every sale.
  7. Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude.

Your Qualifications

  • 1+ year of proven sales experience (meeting quotas, working on commission, selling products/services).
  • Understanding of sales processes, relationship building, communication, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Open availability.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A quiet, distraction-free home environment.
  • Proficiency in multitasking, computer navigation, and PC knowledge.
  • Desktop or laptop for testing; a work computer may be provided.
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
