Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clients' products and/or services. Responsibilities
  1. Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide.
  2. Close sales, prospect, negotiate, and present products/services, utilizing B2B and B2C skills.
  3. Build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers.
  4. Be detail-oriented in sales activities.
  5. Track and document information in databases.
  6. Offer additional products/services with each sale.
  7. Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, including meeting quotas and working on commission.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Open availability.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Quiet, distraction-free home environment.
  • Proficiency in multitasking, computer navigation, and PC skills.
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
