Job description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant, reporting to the Director, NPD Off-Road Manufacturing, Logistics and Manufacturing Strategy. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Director and his team, including managing agendas, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative requests.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating budget phases and supporting managers in budget management;
  2. Preparing meeting invitations, reports, and presentations;
  3. Managing the Director's daily agenda;
  4. Booking travel and managing expense reports;
  5. Welcoming and integrating new employees;
  6. Handling logistics for events such as workshops;
  7. Monitoring purchase requests;
  8. Managing confidential documents and information;
  9. Collaborating with other administrative staff to ensure team cohesion;
  10. Supporting various projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • College diploma (DEC) in secretarial, office automation, or related fields;
  • Fluency in French and English;
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience;
  • Interest or experience in budget management;
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize;
  • Resourcefulness, autonomy, and attention to detail;
  • Team-oriented with adaptability to a dynamic environment;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
