A growing Insurtech company is seeking an experienced Business Developer to enhance its B2B sales strategy. The role involves developing e-commerce and transport sales, managing leads, and participating in team recruitment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce or transport insurance and exceptional English proficiency.

Figural is an Insurtech company founded in 2018, offering innovative parcel protection services. Figural’s mission is simple: to become the leader in goods in transit insurance and parcel protection by democratizing its services worldwide.
We provide innovative solutions to freelancers, merchants, professionals, and logistics providers, with the aim of supporting, advising, and enabling them to secure the transportation of their goods. We currently offer digital insurance platforms as well as services for managing and protecting shipments.
Figural currently serves thousands of clients across dozens of European countries, as well as the UK, the US, Canada, and Australia.
As the company experiences strong growth, we are looking for experienced Business Developers to join and expand our sales team.
This position is part of the development of the company’s B2B commercial strategy. The company aims to strengthen and expand its sales capabilities to support growth and meet the demands required by the development of the B2B segment within the business.
Base salary: €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on profile and experienceUncapped commission of 8% gross, based on the gross margin generated from new business Performance bonus for contract renewals 100% coverage of transport and health insurance costs
