The company is founder-led, profitable, and growing. We are hiring Executive Assistants and Corporate Administrators to join our Corporate Operations team. We ensure that the business runs smoothly and that travel, expenses, and events are efficiently managed.

This team plays a crucial role in our operations. They support department leads and take central responsibility for logistics, expenses, travel, and scheduling. They are key to our success! Location: This is a global operation with open roles across all time zones.

Responsibilities
  1. Support operations for one or more departments
  2. Coordinate monthly reports and schedule meetings and interviews

  4. Manage quarterly and annual executive meetings
  5. Collaborate across teams on activities and initiatives
  6. Manage suppliers and stakeholders
