Atlantic Lottery is seeking a dynamic Talent Management Specialist with a focus on Learning & Development (L&D) to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Social Responsibility & Talent Management, you will lead the development and implementation of our L&D strategy to equip our workforce with essential skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or related areas, with corporate training focus.
  • Expertise: Proven experience managing learning strategies, content development, and training delivery.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of adult learning principles, technology tools (e.g., Learning Management Systems, AI in learning), and best practices in L&D.
  • Skills: Excellent project management, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Eligibility: Must be 19+ years old and reside in Atlantic Canada.

Assets:

  • Certifications: Certifications in L&D or related fields are assets.
  • Analytics: Experience using data analytics to measure training impact and ROI.
  • Articulate Expertise: Experience using Articulate for training program development.

Salary Band: Estimated at $75,000 - $85,000, with a range of $71,652 - $113,748. Compensation depends on skills, experience, and internal factors.

Work Location: Office or Hybrid (Moncton or Halifax). Onboarding in-office for 6 months in Moncton, NB, with flexible options afterward.

  • Full-time in-office for the first 6 months, then hybrid options available.

  • Mandatory Training Coordination: Handle mandatory training requests.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Chair a training committee for coordination.
  • Analytics and ROI: Measure training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on L&D trends and technologies.
  • Standardization: Develop consistent processes and templates.
  • Training Facilitation: Deliver training as needed.
  • Delivery Methods: Recommend suitable delivery methods.
  • Consultant Management: Manage third-party trainers.
  • Articulate Expertise: Build training content using Articulate.
  • Budget Management: Manage L&D budgets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Focus on ongoing enhancement and customer satisfaction.
