Atlantic Lottery is seeking a dynamic Talent Management Specialist with a focus on Learning & Development (L&D) to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Social Responsibility & Talent Management, you will lead the development and implementation of our L&D strategy to equip our workforce with essential skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
Assets:
Salary Band: Estimated at $75,000 - $85,000, with a range of $71,652 - $113,748. Compensation depends on skills, experience, and internal factors.
Work Location: Office or Hybrid (Moncton or Halifax). Onboarding in-office for 6 months in Moncton, NB, with flexible options afterward.
