The sales development initiative at Kinsta is critical to our growth. As the leader of this team, your primary goal will be to generate more qualified opportunities, booked meetings, and increase market awareness in the AMERS region. You will lead, coach, and strategize to drive sales efforts within this market.

What You'll Do:
  • Train SDR team members to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities and meetings
  • Develop sales contests and incentives to boost performance
  • Work with your team to increase qualified opportunities and booked meetings for the AE team; implement qualification and KPI tracking in Ambition
  • Create workflows and strategies for optimizing sales leads in collaboration with sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams
  • Define and communicate the long-term sales development strategy aligned with company growth; lead scalable processes to ensure consistent results in the AMERS region
  • Foster a collaborative, respectful, and professional team environment
  • Promote continuous learning by staying updated on sales trends and sharing best practices
  • Conduct weekly sync-ups and bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Perform annual reviews, ensure high performance and satisfaction, and recommend salary adjustments
  • Motivate team to meet or exceed sales quotas; track performance as a key metric
  • Participate in OKR goal-setting and tracking
  • Collaborate with Sales, CSO, and Sales Operations to create accurate forecasts
  • Attend weekly sales leadership meetings
  • Align sales development with marketing, RevOps, and product strategies; communicate feedback for campaign improvement
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and job description updates for the sales team
What You'll Bring:
  • At least 2+ years of successful outbound sales leadership experience
  • Extensive SaaS sales experience
  • Experience working remotely or in hybrid settings
