Your Mission

• Contribute to the development and delivery of BioScript’s competency model.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute the performance management process and programs through identification of best practices, consultation with various stakeholders.
• Supporting the development and delivery of individual development planning, cultural strategy, and change management.
• Assists with planning and the implementation of ongoing leadership assessments, succession management and competency integration initiatives.
• Facilitate sessions of key development and cultural programs.
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Adult Learning or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPTD, CTDP) is an asset.
• Prosci or change management certification is an asset
• 5+ years’ experience in progressive Human Resources roles specifically in an Organizational Development capacity.
• Experience in talent management practices.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, high-profile initiatives and competing priorities.
• Strong consulting and influencing skills, along with strong planning and organizational skills.
  
  

Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
