Job Summary

Responsible for providing administration support for the Sales Operations Team by preparing and maintaining reports, scheduling meetings, and performing other administrative tasks. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

Provides assistance to the Sales Operations Team on various projects.

Pull Power BI and Excel Reports and maintain all Ship-Tos daily.

Generate comprehensive reports and compile / distribute weekly and monthly activity summaries as requested by regional management.

Communicates in timely manner by answering phone calls and emails.

Organizing your daily and weekly tasks to manage your workload efficiently.

Organize meetings and events, including booking conference rooms, arranging travel, and coordinating catering services.

Collaborates with various departments to support completion of tasks.

Oversee and provide support on various projects and to managers as required.

Nature and Scope

Selects correct processes from clearly prescribed rules, past practices, or instruction. Seeks advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from supervisor. Deviations from the norm are cleared by the supervisor.

Under close supervision, exercises limited latitude / independent judgment. Work typically involves detailed checks or close review of output by a senior coworker and / or supervisor.

None.

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Education and Experience

  • HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite : Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Experience with Adobe Acrobat and / or Power BI is a plus. Skilled in compiling data and preparing various reports for management.

Proactive in problem-solving.
