Job Overview

As a key member of the newly established People & Culture (P&C) Operations team, the P&C Operations Coordinator will manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees. This role involves executing end-to-end processes with accuracy and efficiency, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and streamlining workflows across teams. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, evolving environment where cross-training, flexibility, and a service-oriented mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding : Manage onboarding through Jobvite, ensure timely completion, maintain employee data in UKG (HRIS), and handle U.S. legal compliance for USA hires.
  • Terminations : Prepare termination packages, conduct exit interviews, update UKG, collaborate with Payroll, and deactivate system access.
  • Cross-Regional Support : Support onboarding and offboarding for designated regions, including peak periods and staff absences.
  • Process Improvement : Identify workflow improvements, analyze data with Reporting & Analytics, document SOPs, and perform data integrity checks.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of HR operations, onboarding, or shared services experience.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG) and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Jobvite).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with North American onboarding and termination compliance is an asset.
  • Bilingual in English and French is required.
  • Available for a 6-month term starting around May.
