Job Description
The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be responsible for attracting and selecting top talent in the engineering consulting field across Canada. You will develop strategic action plans aligned with CIMA+'s business needs and market trends, supporting managers throughout the recruitment process.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Act as a change agent in a fast-growing environment, embodying CIMA+'s values and culture.
  • Promote CIMA+'s brand through networking and other initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic expertise.
  • Develop partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Create and implement sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate database.
  • Participate in shaping HR's strategic role within the organization.
