Responsibilities:
The HR team provides strategic support to their assigned groups by diagnosing business needs and developing human capital strategies. The HRBP works both strategically and tactically to deliver results, coordinating with regional and global HR resources. This role serves as the strategic partner for the IPS Canada team and regional employees.
