Temporary Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Position Overview

Supports building an organization dedicated to providing personalized care for people struggling with eating disorders by partnering with Gather Behavioral Health leaders and HR Business Partners through pipeline generation, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, Standard business hours for Central Time Zone.

Temporary Assignment

6 months with potential extension as needed.

Compensation Disclosure
  • Starting salary range between $75,000 - $85,000.

Final compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.

  • Seeks out new and specialized channels for recruiting.
  • Recruits and engages candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Researches and utilizes different avenues to source passive candidates.
  • Creates pipelines and manages relationships with candidates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (e.g., Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Psychology) preferred.
  • Therapist & Mental Health recruitment experience strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in talent acquisition required.
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Green House Applicant Tracking System preferred.
