TheExecutive Business Partnerreports to the Fujitsu Americas Chief of Staff to support the strategic and operational objectives of the organization. Under limited supervision, he/she will be responsible for managing critical corporate governance and reporting requirements, and function as the project manager for high priority, strategic initiatives. He/she will work directly with the executive team and key resources within a variety of FNAI business groups.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Chief of Staff and other Executives.
- Coordinate the compilation, development, and delivery of key management reports.
- Create and operate a reporting system that allows for timely flow of necessary data from the CEO Office to all relevant departments, including Japan headquarters.
- Provide Project Central PMO support for CEO Office including project set up, tracking, facilitation, and documentation management.
- Create materials for corporate presentations.
- Coordinate organizational changes, including change management.
- Track and drive strategic initiatives by monitoring progress towards meeting goals and achieving benchmarks, analyzing data, ensuring follow through on the part of key players, and sustaining momentum needed to drive these initiatives to successful completion.
- Support the detailed planning of meetings and events.

- Excellent analytical skills, able to proactively seek multiple data sources and synthesize into meaningful observations and action plans
- Strong ability to manage multiple deliverables, even in the face of some level of ambiguity
- Sound planning skills
- Demonstrated skills in systematic problem solving and ability to take general direction and turn it into results
- Broad business background with ability to converse professionally and collaborate with other functional areas such as Delivery, Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Legal, HR, Finance, and IT
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, including presentation skills. Must be able to effectively manage conversations with executives from multiple disciplines.
- Event planning experience an asset.
- Strong user of PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree is required; Business, Finance or Technology studies preferred
