Join to apply for the Corporate - Manager- Recruiting (OD Recruiting) - Remote role at EssilorLuxottica.

This position involves developing and engaging a team to educate business partners about Talent Acquisition processes for Doctors of Optometry (OD) in Canada. The role requires partnering with Luxottica Optical Brand leadership to drive strategic recruitment initiatives, build relationships with optometry schools, and manage the full recruitment cycle. Travel up to 65% across North America may be required.

Responsibilities include:
  • Sourcing, screening, and recruiting high-quality talent
  • Building strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies
  • Leading recruitment meetings and providing consultative support
  • Maintaining long-term OD relationships and supporting the EyeCare COE image
  • Guiding candidates and hiring managers through the hiring process
  • Gathering industry intelligence and creating search strategies
  • Managing recruitment data and reports
  • Leading special projects and mentoring recruiters
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting or related business roles, preferably in healthcare or retail
  • Knowledge of practice modalities, equipment, and provincial regulations for Optometry
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and report insights
Preferred qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in the Eyecare Industry
  • Knowledge of practice modalities and laws related to Eyecare
