Job description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Xan Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new client relationships and managing existing accounts. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation as a trusted provider of temperature-controlled transportation solutions.

Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the transportation logistics sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients' temperature-sensitive shipments.

- Utilize Salesforce and other tools to track sales activities and manage customer accounts effectively.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the industry.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.

- Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.

- Bilingualism in English and Russian is a plus, but not required.

- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and be willing to travel for on-site client visits.
