Fresenius Medical Care is hiring a Digital Content & Analytics Manager to join our Global Recruitment Marketing team. Your expertise in content strategy, candidate experience, UX, SEO, and analytics and reporting will play a vital role in enhancing and driving impactful talent attraction initiatives. You’ll collaborate with a talented, engaged team to enable recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts at scale.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the careers site transformation for Jobs.FreseniusMedicalCare.com in partnership with third-party agencies, technical partners, the direct team, and global stakeholders. This includes UX, content development, stakeholder engagement, project management, and meeting key milestones.
- Manage the career site with the technical partner, including page updates, UX improvements, and 404 error fixes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Respond to digital content requests promptly and ensure completion in a timely manner.
- Lead on site user requirements, job feeds, and ATS integrations.
Content and Storytelling:
- Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to source and create content that attracts talent.
- Produce diverse content to amplify our culture and values, showcasing Fresenius Medical Care to candidates across roles, locations, and channels.
- Stay updated on content, web, and SEO trends to ensure relevance and impact.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Develop and contribute to regular reports demonstrating value and impact to stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze site performance metrics such as traffic and conversions.
- Support team by providing reports from careers site and Workday to inform campaign strategies and assess campaign performance.
Project and Process Management:
- Develop and optimize processes, tools, and templates related to the careers site, content, analytics, and reporting.
- Make recommendations to enhance digital content and the careers site.
- Manage timelines, conduct weekly meetings, and track progress across work streams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of content strategy and storytelling.
- Experience in digital candidate experience, UX/UI.
- Excellent attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience analyzing data to communicate impact.
- Knowledge of website analytics, SEO, UX, and web publishing best practices.
- Experience with Workday reporting, ATS integrations, job feeds, UTMs, and Smartsheet automations is preferred.
