Fresenius Medical Care is hiring a Digital Content & Analytics Manager to join our Global Recruitment Marketing team. Your expertise in content strategy, candidate experience, UX, SEO, and analytics and reporting will play a vital role in enhancing and driving impactful talent attraction initiatives. You’ll collaborate with a talented, engaged team to enable recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead the careers site transformation for Jobs.FreseniusMedicalCare.com in partnership with third-party agency, technical team, and global stakeholders, including UX, content development, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
- Manage the career site, including page updates, UX improvements, and error fixes to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Respond to digital content requests promptly and ensure timely completion.
- Lead site user requirements, job feeds, and ATS integrations.
Content and Storytelling
- Collaborate to source and create content that attracts talent.
- Produce diverse content to showcase our culture and values, and promote FME to candidates across roles and locations.
- Stay updated on content, web, and SEO trends to maintain relevance and impact.
Analytics and Reporting
- Develop and contribute to regular reports demonstrating value and impact.
- Monitor and analyze site performance metrics such as traffic and conversions.
- Support reporting on campaigns and site analytics to inform strategies.
Project and Process Management
- Optimize processes, tools, and templates related to the careers site and analytics.
- Recommend enhancements for digital content and site functionality.
- Manage timelines, meetings, and communication for various work streams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or similar roles.
- Strong content strategy, storytelling, and digital UX/UI skills.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience analyzing data and reporting website performance.
- Knowledge of website analytics, SEO, web publishing, and ATS integrations; experience with Workday reporting and Smartsheet automations is preferred.
