Fresenius Medical Care is hiring a Digital Content & Analytics Manager to join our Global Recruitment Marketing team. Your expertise in content strategy, candidate experience, UX, SEO, and analytics and reporting will play a vital role in enhancing and driving impactful talent attraction initiatives. You’ll collaborate with a talented, engaged team to enable recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead the careers site transformation for Jobs.FreseniusMedicalCare.com in partnership with third-party agency, technical team, and global stakeholders, including UX, content development, stakeholder engagement, and project management, ensuring milestones are met.
- Manage the career site, including page updates, UX enhancements, and 404 error fixes, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Respond promptly to digital content requests, ensuring timely completion.
- Lead efforts on site user requirements, job feeds, and ATS integrations.
Content and Storytelling
- Collaborate with team and stakeholders to source and create content that attracts talent.
- Produce diverse content to showcase our culture and values, promoting FME to candidates across various roles and channels.
- Stay updated on content, web, and SEO trends to keep our content relevant and impactful.
Analytics and Reporting
- Develop and contribute to regular reports demonstrating the value and impact of recruitment marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze site performance metrics such as traffic and conversions.
- Support campaign analysis by pulling relevant reports from careers site and Workday.
Project and Process Management
- Develop and improve processes, tools, and templates related to the careers site, content, analytics, and reporting.
- Make recommendations to enhance digital content and site functionality.
- Manage timelines, meetings, and communication across work streams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, UX/UI, SEO, and web analytics.
- Experience with Workday reporting, ATS integrations, job feeds, UTMs, and automation tools is preferred.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
