- Lead the transformation of the careers site, including UX, content development, and project management
- Collaborate with teams to source and create engaging content to attract talent

- Drive timelines and manage communication across various workstreams
What is Required (Qualifications):

- Strong understanding of content strategy and storytelling
- Proven project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in digital candidate experience or UX/UI design
- Knowledge of website analytics, reporting, and SEO best practices
- Familiarity with Workday reporting, ATS integrations, and job feeds
- Ability to analyze and simplify data to communicate impact effectively
