We are a well-established hotel-style apartment company in Vancouver, offering elevated long-term rental experiences. Our team is passionate about hospitality, efficiency, and innovation. We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Operations Assistant to support the executive team in managing daily operations, communications, and business coordination.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with property scheduling, staff coordination, and vendor communications
  • Support marketing efforts: social media, listings, and document editing
  • Prepare reports, track expenses, and assist with light bookkeeping
  • Liaise with clients, guests, and partners professionally and courteously
  • Run errands or oversee occasional on-site tasks (if local)
Candidate Profile:
  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus)
  • Strong tech skills - Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, etc.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems independently
  • Positive attitude and service mindset; hospitality background is a bonus
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Driving license is a plus but not required
