Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Expertise in SEO, including best practices, emerging trends in AI and SEO performance scoring, keyword research, and strategy. Ability to analyze web analytics data for website and page optimization.
- A strong advocate for website usability from a content perspective, focusing on site architecture, usability, findability, labeling, editorial voice, brand consistency, user-centered content strategy, and SEO best practices.
- Capability to enhance stakeholder requirements with user-centered strategies that drive online business success, applying business acumen and marketing insight to develop websites, sections, and pages that meet these needs.
- Intermediate skills in web writing and editing, capable of creating compelling UI copy, simplifying complex health insurance information, and crafting effective marketing content aligned with brand voice.
- Solid understanding of web usability, findability, site management, and SEO principles for content optimization.
- Proficiency in content management systems, especially Adobe Experience Manager, with experience managing content on large, complex websites, including intermediate HTML skills.
- Ability to translate business and marketing goals into effective content strategies.
- Competence in using data and metrics to support assumptions and develop hypotheses.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Required Skills (Top Non-Negotiables):
- Years of experience in SEO and web content publishing.
- Deep knowledge of marketing principles, including product promotion, placement, and pricing techniques.
- Ability to independently develop, implement, and evaluate creative marketing plans.
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager content authoring.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Knowledge of and ability to collaborate with UX/UI and UX Content Design Teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban.
Additional Knowledge:
Detailed understanding of health plans, insurance products, services, and their financial drivers.
