A leading company in Ontario is seeking a Human Resources professional to manage various HR tasks including Workday maintenance, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday and strong communication skills. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
Full scope of tasks including but not limited to :
Regular maintenance of Workday, ensuring updates are made in a timely fashion and carrying out regular data cleanses.
Preparing requested reports and completing analysis of information to identify trends, areas of improvement, and continued business excellence.
Effective management of queries through Workday case management system within agreed service levels.
Supporting the implementation of Workday's Electronic Document Management System, creating and reviewing necessary documents.
Proactively encouraging the use of self-service tools and portals by all employees and managers.
Collaborating with People & Culture business partners and People Centres of Excellence to resolve policy-breaking questions and provide feedback on issues.
Providing administrative support for onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and personnel administration processes, including preparing contracts and updating relevant systems.
Compiling HR policies and templates in line with legislative changes.
Supporting performance management and employee development processes in line with policies.
Assisting with staff recruitment processes, including preparing offers and contracts, referencing, and collecting documentation at offer stage.
Providing support on Employee Relations matters or assisting Business Partners with complex cases.
Ensuring consistent HR administration across all studios, including personnel files, contracts, job descriptions, and leave and sickness records.
