Job description

Full scope of tasks including but not limited to:

Regular maintenance of Workday, ensuring updates are made in a timely fashion and carrying out regular data cleanses.

Preparing requested reports and completing analysis of information to identify trends, areas of improvement, and continued business excellence.

Effective management of queries through Workday case management system within agreed service levels.

Supporting the implementation of Workday's Electronic Document Management System, creating and reviewing necessary documents.

Proactively encouraging the use of self-service tools and portals by all employees and managers.

Collaborating with the People & Culture business partners and People Centres of Excellence to resolve policy-breaking questions and provide feedback on issues.

Providing administrative support for onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and personnel administration processes, such as preparing contracts and updating relevant systems.

Collating HR policies and templates in line with legislative changes.

Supporting performance management and employee development processes according to policy.

Assisting with staff recruitment processes, including preparing offers, contracts, referencing, and collecting documentation.

Providing support on Employee Relations matters or assisting Business Partners with complex cases.

Ensuring consistent HR administration across all studios, including personnel files, contracts, job descriptions, and leave records.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  2. Experience with Workday manager, employee self-service, and case management tools.
  3. Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and digital transformation tools.
  4. Commitment to personal learning and continuous professional development.
  5. Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
  6. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize workload.
  7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks.
  8. Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  9. Dependability and accountability, capable of working independently and in teams.
  10. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
