We’re seeking a strategic, detail-driven Regional Marketing Manager to lead firm-wide marketing and communications efforts across Atlantic Canada.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape integrated marketing campaigns, elevate brand awareness, and drive strategic initiatives across four provinces. Working closely with lawyers, practice groups, and internal teams, you’ll oversee key functions including social media, proposal preparation, content development, website management, event planning, and media relations. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and supported by a Regional Marketing Coordinator, you will bring a strong mix of strategy, creative problem-solving, and project execution in a highly collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within a professional services or agency setting. You are a strong writer and communicator who thrives under pressure, manages competing priorities with grace, and adopts a hands-on approach to leading proposals and planning events. Experience managing direct reports, working across teams, and using tools like CRM platforms, social media management, Canva, and CMS systems like WordPress is essential. Above all, you’re energized by the opportunity to tell a meaningful brand story in a thoughtful, consistent, and client-focused manner.
