Job Overview

The Customer Marketing Manager supports and executes a unified customer lifecycle program to engage customers throughout their Mitratech journey, driving product adoption, retention, and advocacy, primarily within the Corporate, Legal, and Claims sectors.

This role collaborates with marketing, product management, sales, and leadership to develop and implement customer lifecycle campaigns, analyze effectiveness, refine messaging, and foster customer advocacy. It involves close teamwork with marketing, product management, customer success, and sales teams.

This position is remote in Canada, preferably during EST core hours to facilitate collaboration and engagement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate across teams to develop customer education, engagement, and expansion campaigns.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to communicate product value, increase adoption, and retain customers.
  • Implement strategies supporting at-risk segments and proactive retention initiatives.
  • Segment customers based on value and usage to tailor campaigns.
  • Use content (emails, webinars, in-product messaging) to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Analyze campaign and customer data to improve strategies and customer experiences.
  • Drive advocacy initiatives like reviews, testimonials, stories, events, and reference programs.
  • Maintain a customer story library and share updates with relevant teams.
Requirements & Skills:
  • 3-5+ years in customer marketing or lifecycle management, ideally in B2B tech.
  • Proven success in multi-channel campaigns that boost engagement and retention.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging executives.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Data analysis skills to inform decisions and recommendations.
