Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop, configure, and customize responsive GIS web applications using ArcGIS Experience Builder (JavaScript/React-based).
2. Create custom widgets for ArcGIS Experience Builder using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
3. Design, develop, and publish geoprocessing services with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise.
4. Migrate existing GIS applications from ArcGIS Web AppBuilder to ArcGIS Experience Builder.
5. Collaborate with GIS analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement web mapping solutions.
6. Integrate web applications with ArcGIS Enterprise services, web maps, feature services, geoprocessing services, and REST APIs.
7. Implement advanced widgets, custom templates, and automation scripts to optimize GIS workflows.
8. Support UI/UX best practices for geospatial web applications.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments.
10. Document development processes, migration strategies, and application architecture.

Skills Required:

• Extensive experience in designing and developing WebGIS applications with ArcGIS Experience Builder.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and the Esri dojo framework.
• Experience with Esri REST APIs, ArcGIS Online, and Portal for ArcGIS.
• Strong understanding of ArcGIS Enterprise architecture and publishing workflows.
• Familiarity with OAuth2.0 / SAML authentication and secure web deployment.
• Problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
• Experience with GIS-based field applications using ArcGIS Runtime and ESRI Field applications.
• Experience with ArcGIS Field Map and Survey123.
• Esri Technical Certification for Web Application Developer or ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Domain knowledge of Gas Distribution / Transmission Systems.
• Familiarity with deploying GIS web applications in Azure or AWS cloud environments.
