Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and publish geoprocessing services using ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise
• Migrate GIS applications from ArcGIS Web AppBuilder to ArcGIS Experience Builder
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and stakeholders to develop web mapping solutions
• Integrate web apps with ArcGIS services, maps, and APIs
• Create advanced widgets, templates, and automation scripts
• Support UI/UX design for geospatial web applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Document development and migration strategies

Skills Required:

• Experience in WebGIS application design using ArcGIS Experience Builder
• Knowledge of Esri REST APIs, ArcGIS Online, and Portal for ArcGIS
• Understanding of ArcGIS Enterprise architecture and workflows
• Familiarity with OAuth2.0 / SAML authentication and secure deployment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with GIS field applications like ArcGIS Field Map and Survey123
• Esri Technical Certification (Web Application Developer or ArcGIS Enterprise)
• Domain knowledge of Gas Distribution/Transmission Systems
• Experience deploying GIS web applications in Azure or AWS
