Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Experienced Fire Alarm Technician and Electrician. The technician will be responsible for installing, inspecting, testing, verification, troubleshooting, and deficiency repairs of fire alarm systems and other life safety equipment. Daily tasks include performing inspections and testing of fire alarm systems, emergency lights, assisting sprinkler technicians by confirming zones at the fire alarm panel, wiring fire pump controllers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an on-site role located in Toronto, ON.

Qualifications

  • CFAA certification
  • Skills in Low Voltage Engineering and Troubleshooting
  • Experience with alarm systems and life safety equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Relevant certifications and qualifications in alarm systems and electrical work
  • Knowledge of local building and fire codes is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license
