Job Description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for executing targeted sales strategies, conducting high-volume cold outreach, and nurturing new client relationships. This role will focus on generating meetings, managing lead pipelines, supporting marketing efforts, and driving growth through proactive prospecting and social media engagement. Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, events, and tradeshows.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000 per year + Commission (estimated between $10-20k) + Bonus

This is a first-to-market opportunity to introduce new construction methods and innovative services. You'll be part of a high-performing team, working closely with leadership, marketing, and operations to build lasting client partnerships and drive growth.

Candidate Profile

We seek a motivated, organized, resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and exceeds expectations. The Sales Representative will collaborate with management, marketing, and operations.

Opportunities for Growth

Grow from SDR to Senior SDR, then to Account Executive (AE) and Senior AE roles based on performance and skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead & Revenue Generation: Conduct high-volume cold calls, generate and secure 20+ qualified meetings per month, follow up on marketing leads, and maintain CRM records.
  2. Market Analysis & Sales Strategy: Track outreach activities, analyze lead efforts, engage on social media, utilize AI tools, and tailor outreach strategies.
  3. Support Sales & Marketing: Collaborate on campaigns, prepare pitches, organize workflows, and assist in promotional events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of successful sales experience
  • Exceptional communication and objection handling
  • Resilience, positivity, and self-motivation
  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills
  • Technical understanding of industry terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach), and social media platforms
Work Conditions & Physical Requirements

Based in a modern office, periodic travel, PPE use, physical demands including lifting and climbing, exposure to outdoor conditions, and mandatory Rope Access certification for potential promotion to AE roles.
