The Role

Are you an energetic and customer-focused individual? Your role will be an integral part of our customer service and sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, grow, and maintain strong relationships with policyholders.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend appropriate coverages.
• Identify and adapt to the changing insurance needs of policyholders.
• Grow and develop a book of business through prospecting and referrals.
• Commit to expanding your insurance knowledge continually.
• Collaborate with all BCM departments in a team environment.
• Utilize our advanced technology platform effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong organizational skills
• Experience in sales or service roles

• Post-secondary education or relevant life experience
• OTL or RIBO license, or willingness to obtain one
