Overview

Publicis Toronto is looking for an Account Executive for a fast-paced, fully integrated financial services account.

The Account Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of the client’s product and / or service on assigned accounts. Primarily responsible for the execution of all projects for the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport and credibility with clients based on trust and expert counsel.
  • Synchronize communications between account teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Track all billing and payment records.
  • Understand client positioning and strategy.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation : status reports, contact reports, timelines.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day tactics and executions within the agency.
  • Develop strong and positive working relationships with creative, traffic, project management, finance, and other departments.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in the advertising industry.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and budgets.
  • Professional in all business conduct.
