Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager / Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Account Executive / Business Development Manager within the industrial staffing industry. This role offers an attractive compensation package with a base salary between $60,000-$75,000 per year plus uncapped commission potential.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial staffing industry through strategic prospecting and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions that meet client needs.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications :
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven success in a business development or account executive role within the industrial staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of staffing services, including temporary, permanent, and contract placements.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
