Named after our two daughters, we specialize in offering exquisite European children’s clothing for newborns, babies, children, and teens. Our boutique, located on the South Shore of Long Island, is known for its carefully curated selection of high-quality, trendy, and unique apparel and accessories. As we expand into Canada, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team remotely.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, manage communications, and help streamline workflows to ensure the efficiency of our expanding business.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support, including email and calendar management.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and company documents.
  • Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments.
  • Perform data entry and other clerical duties as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and company initiatives.

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Competitive hourly pay ($24 - $35 per hour).
