Our client, a large banking corporation, is currently seeking a financial executive assistant to join their team in downtown Toronto! This role would be hybrid, 3 days a week in office and 2 days a week work from home.

Job Duties
  1. Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.
  2. Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  3. Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
  4. Memo Processing: Draft, format, and distribute internal and external memos and communications.
  5. Inbox Management: Monitor and manage high-volume email inboxes, prioritize messages, and respond or delegate as appropriate.
  6. Appointment Scheduling: Set up and confirm appointments, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • 3+ years of calendar management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
  • Proficiency with SAP Concur.
Work Environment

Downtown Toronto, hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 days in office (or all 5 days in office if preferred).

Duration

15-month contract with potential extension or conversion to permanent.

Pay

$32 - $35/hr.
