The Contingent Labour Office’s (CLO) mandate is to partner with the business to enable an expedited and customer-centric approach to engaging external resources, while balancing the commercial needs of the business with risk mitigation for the firm. This is achieved by:
Location: Anywhere in Canada (remote work with 1-2 days in office per month for meetings)
Reporting to the Leader of the CLO, the Contract Specialist will manage processes related to external resources across Canada, handling over 1000 cases annually, from individual contractors to large organizations. The role involves ensuring operational excellence through process improvements, technology use, and documentation.
This role requires fluency in English, with support for English-speaking stakeholders.
