KPMG Canada is seeking a Contract Specialist to join their Contingent Labour Office. This role involves managing external resources, advising Hiring Managers, and improving operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of case management experience and be proficient in both English and French. The Contingent Labour Office’s (CLO) mandate is to partner with the business to enable an expedited and customer-centric positive approach to engaging external resources. At the same time, it aims to balance the commercial needs of the business with mitigating risk to the firm. This mandate is achieved by:
Location: Anywhere in Canada will be considered. This is a virtual work opportunity (1-2 days in office per month may be required for company meetings).
Reporting to the Leader of the Contingent Labour Office (CLO), the Contract Specialist will execute processes related to external resources during the initial setup, while on contract, and when renewing or departing. This role covers all functions and locations across Canada, processing over 1000 external resources per year of varying sizes. The Specialist will also contribute to operational excellence by improving workflows, technology, and documentation. Responsibilities include:
This position requires fluency in English. The successful candidate may need to collaborate with English-speaking colleagues or stakeholders.
The expected base salary range in BC is $54,000 to $81,000, with potential bonuses. Salary offers depend on skills, location, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
