• Monitor shipping performance and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve any order-related inquiries or problems.
• Implement and refine fulfillment processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere in South Africa while playing a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
