• Experience with e-commerce platforms, WMS, TMS, and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize operational activities within the assigned region, including logistics and last-mile delivery.

About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing e-commerce platform seeking an experienced and adaptable Regional Operations Lead to manage and optimize their operations across a designated geographical area. This is a fully remote, strategic role focused on ensuring the seamless execution of logistics, customer service, and fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, supply chain management, and process optimization, coupled with excellent leadership and analytical skills. You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, and implementing innovative solutions to support rapid growth. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize all operational activities within the assigned region, including logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and last-mile delivery.

• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and other operational partners.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Lead and support a distributed team of operational staff and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
• Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
• Manage operational budgets and resources effectively within the region.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies in e-commerce operations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks and challenges in a remote operational structure.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in optimizing operational processes, managing distributed teams, and achieving key performance metrics.

• Strong understanding of logistics networks, inventory control, and fulfillment strategies.
