Job summary

Xpert Dynamics Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who understands the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem and can help expand our presence across Canada and the United States.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, and business leaders, manage the full sales lifecycle, and travel as required. Success will depend on your ability to generate opportunities independently, develop a strong pipeline, and convert relationships into

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of B2B technology sales or enterprise solution experience.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in Canada and/or the United States.
Proven track record of generating opportunities and closing projects.
Ability to independently develop opportunities, not rely solely on inbound leads.
Excellent English communication and strong negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related opportunities across Canada and the US.
Build and maintain a strong qualified sales pipeline.
Manage full sales lifecycle from discovery to closing.
Develop relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, and business leaders.
Collaborate with Microsoft ecosystem partners and delivery teams.
Travel for client meetings and events as required.
