Northland Properties is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on providing comprehensive sales and administrative support to drive group bookings and client relations across our hotel properties.

The ideal candidate will bring hotel sales experience, strong communication, and proficient use of MS Office and Maximizer, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Two years hotel sales experience minimum.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Proficient with MS Office and Maximizer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales & administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Manage client files and contracts.
• Prepare proposals and group contracts.
• Coordinate group files with hotel departments.
• Attend industry events and trade shows.
• Maintain calendars and track corporate clients.
