Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate empathy and understand client circumstances in all interactions.
• Uncover client needs and deliver client-centric advice and solutions at first contact.
• Leverage RBC partners to address full suite of financial needs for personal and business clients.
• Provide advice on credit and investments appropriate to client financial situations.
• Encourage digital self-serve while maintaining high-touch advisory support.
• Use technology to connect with clients both virtually and in person.
• Build and accelerate new client acquisition and retention in the local community.
• Collaborate with financial planning, mortgages, and business banking experts for tailored guidance.
