Job summary

RBC in the Greater Toronto Area is hiring multiple Financial Advisors to serve clients at branch locations. You will work during RBC’s retail branch hours, including extended hours Monday through Saturday and Sundays as applicable, delivering proactive, professional financial advice to high-value personal and small business clients.

As an advisor, you will build trusted relationships, uncover client needs, and collaborate with RBC partners to address investments, credit, and everyday banking.

Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation (IFIC/Canadian Securities Course) is required.
• DFSA designation (Personal Financial Service Advice and Financial Planning I) is required.
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience in financial services, handling credit and investments.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Digital literacy across devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and deliver client-centric advice.
• Use RBC partners to meet clients' financial goals across banking, investments and credit.
• Educate clients on digital self-serve and preferred channel interactions.
• Address complex credit and investment questions with appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with financial planning, mortgages and business banking professionals.
