Qualifications

• Management-level leadership experience preferred.
• Warehouse/LTL environment experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the cross-dock and offload/load operations, procedures and people.
• Maintain and execute the daily work plan for inbound/outbound load execution.
• Manage scheduling, discipline and performance for unloading/loading teams.
• Create/change dockworker schedules based on demand and performance.
• Monitor workloads and coordinate resources to ensure efficiency and service quality.
• Adhere to policies and ensure training through Carriers Edge where applicable.
