Job summary

Manitoulin Transport in Saskatoon is seeking a Dock Supervisor for vacation relief to cover varying shifts. You will lead and direct a dock crew to meet service, safety, and operational targets while managing 8- to 12-hour shifts.

You will enforce proper handling procedures, reduce damages, train staff, and collaborate with planners to maintain freight accountability and timely deliveries in a fast-paced LTL environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working an LTL cross dock.
• Ability to lead, delegate, and multitask.
• Flexible hours to accommodate the vacation of fellow supervisors.
• Strong geographical knowledge of the Saskatoon service area.

• Adaptable to manpower, freight volumes, lack of equipment, and tight timelines.
