Job summary

Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Calgary is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative who guides customers through the vehicle purchase process, online, by phone, and in person. You’ll use your communication skills to match customers with their perfect vehicle and negotiate terms that fit their budgets.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of customer-facing experience, a hunter mindset, and a proven track record of building relationships to secure repeat business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Proven track record of building relationships and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in showroom, online, and over the phone.
• Explain new and used vehicle features, financing options, and terms.
• Build rapport and guide customers to select vehicles that fit budgets and lifestyle.
• Maintain up-to-date customer database to drive future sales.
• Present vehicles through test drives and demonstrations, negotiating terms.
• Follow up with customers to secure referrals and repeat business.
• Stay current on dealer group and manufacturer training.
• Other duties as assigned by store leadership.
