Airdrie Dodge in Alberta is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales of new and used vehicles.

You will engage showroom and online customers, assess needs, present vehicle options, and guide buyers through the full sales process from inquiry to delivery. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-first environment with ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commission-based or target-driven role such as automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service experience.
• Familiar with CRM tools, lead management, or digital selling platforms.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Greeting and assisting customers in showroom, online, and via phone in a professional and engaging manner.
• Conducting needs assessments to match customers with the right car, truck or SUV.
• Presenting and demonstrating vehicle features including technology, safety, financing options, and trim levels.
• Facilitating the full automotive sales cycle, including test drives, pricing discussions, and closing.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of OEM products, incentives, and competitor vehicles.
• Using our CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Collaborating with F&I Managers to support financing, leasing, and protection products.
• Assisting with vehicle deliveries, ensuring a seamless and positive customer handoff experience.
