Job summary

AutoCanada’s Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Calgary seeks an Automotive Sales Representative. You will engage customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide them through the vehicle purchase process, negotiate terms, and ensure an exceptional buying experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a customer-facing role, a hunter mindset, and a proven track record in relationship-building to retain customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in retail, sales, marketing or customer service.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willing to work days, evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on showroom floor, presenting a professional environment.
• Explain new and used cars, financing options, and vehicle performance.
• Build rapport and guide customers to select vehicles and finalize payment terms.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive future sales.
• Present vehicles via test drives and demonstrations.
• Follow dealership policies while negotiating terms.
• Send emails and calls to prospective buyers to keep appointment calendar.
• Follow up with sold clients to earn repeat and referrals.
• Stay current on dealer group and manufacturer training.
• Other duties as assigned by store leadership.
