Responsibilities

• Contact new clients and conduct assessments (Abuse History, B-SAFER, etc.).
• Provide professional and proactive support to HomeFront clients and families from case inception through transition or closure.
• Develop comprehensive safety plans and risk evaluations, updating as needed.
• Collect and relay information to justice partners to support effective responses.
• Participate in specialized domestic violence court procedures and court-related coordination.
• Provide crisis intervention for clients when necessary and coordinate with CPS/EMS.
• Provide outreach and referrals to enhance safety and access to services.
