We are seeking proactive and customer focused, part-time Duty Managers, to join our Member Services Team. As a Duty Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day Club operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all members and guests. You will be an essential member of the team, serving as a frontline representative of Club management and efficiently addressing inquiries and concerns from members, employees, and guests. Responsibilities:These are part-time positions that report to the Member ServicesSupervisor. The primary hours for this position are weekday evenings and weekends, however, flexibility is required to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace and Respect in Sport certifications, prior to commencing employment.
